The work envisages the development of methods for the synthesis of new potential biologically active substances, the study of their antibacterial and antifungal activity. Reactions of heterocyclic carbenes and nucleophilic olefins (products of interaction of electrophilic and nucleophilic carbenes) with electrophilic compounds will be studied in order to carry out addition and cyclization reactions, obtaining chiral and fluorine-containing compounds. The objects of study also include three-component carbene reactions with the formation of spirocyclic compounds. Carbene complexes will be obtained to search for new biologically active compounds with antimicrobial, antiviral and antitumor effects.
