Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description1 The main goal of the project is to solve an important problem, which is to develop technologies for functional thin-film systems. The thin-film semiconductor structure will be studied in the context of their functional characteristics and interaction with the components of lead-free solders. The implementation of the project will help solve important applied problems related to (i) the improvement of modern technologies, (ii) environmental security, and (iii) the military sphere. The semiconductor layers obtained by oxidation of thin films will be studied and the peculiarities of the interphase interaction at the metal-semiconductor interface will be established. To achieve this goal, the morphological structure and phase equilibrium of binary films will be studied. Concentration dependences of diffusion parameters in binary films will be obtained.
