Experimental and theoretical researches will be concentrated to explain the effects of light-matter interaction in various manifestations, such as excitation and relaxation in noncrystalline media with immovable charge carriers (tunnel recombination), in molecular media for practical synthesis of substances, to create optical elements based on liquid crystal media and photorefractive crystals.
