The development of this technology is aimed at implementing the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated 14.09.2020 "On the National Security Strategy of Ukraine" on human capital development, namely: increasing the ability of servicemen to perform specific activities in information and physical overload, as well as in extreme conditions.
