Both metallic materials and composites, in particular concrete, will be analyzed. Therefore, methods should be developed to analyze the surface of materials under different conditions of its observation, in particular under conditions of selection of different areas of the surface, which will require the registration of images of different scales. Thus, for the analysis of such a composite material as concrete, a method will be developed to assess its strength by imaging the surfaces of sections of its experimental samples. This will require experimental research.
