These materials are widely used and perspective for modern nanotechnologies, which explains importance of this project. Special attention will be given to analysis of the experimental data and its explanation, as well as to the analysis of the possibility to use external fields and perturbations in order to suggest recommendations for the synthesis of materials with the desired properties and concrete conditions of the experiments for critical evaluation of the suggested theoretical models with account of the realistic physical factors (structure inhomogeneities, spin-orbit interaction, nonlinear phenomena due to the electron-phonon interaction, geometry and size of the system under study). popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
