The application and improvement of modern methods of evaluating plant varieties is one of the most urgent tasks in the system of qualification examination in the context of programming and forecasting of harvest, potential yield, adaptive potential and ecotype of the variety, its ecological plasticity and adaptability, taking into account the hydrothermal coefficient of environmental conditions. The use of meteorological data detailed in accordance with the phenological phases of growth and development of the variety will ensure an increase in the objectivity of the examination and the completeness of scientific and technological information regarding the new variety of plants.
