When calculating the cost of such services at the stage of the investor estimate calculation, the established marginal percentage indicators are used for the calculation base (amounts of Chapters 1-9 of the ZKR). The existing approach does not establish the dependence of this percentage on the cost of the construction object or the class of consequences (responsibility) and other factors that can affect the cost of engineering services. Also, the peculiarities of determining the cost of engineering services at various stages of an investment and construction project are not taken into account today. Therefore, the existing approaches to determining the cost of engineering services in construction need to be updated both in terms of methodical approaches and calculation principles and in terms of determining the factors affecting the cost of such services.
