The basis of the proposed research is the previous work of the authors on sustainable development, modeling of social and economic systems, problems of education and science. In particular, it is planned to apply models from the class of ordinary differential equations, their systems, cellular automata, and neural networks. multi-agent systems, system dynamics and network theory, as well as various databases and geo-information systems. The main personality of the approach is taking into account the possibility of formalization of the proposed tasks. As a result of research and development, new knowledge about relevant processes, problem statements and the choice of mathematical models and methods for their research and the structure of possible software for calculating possible scenarios of their flow will be obtained. The proposed research and development will help to consider the specific tasks of sustainable development in various branches of functioning of Ukraine, including the tasks of education and science and much more.
