The main task is related to the combination of suitable and optimal materials for increasing the efficiency of solar energy conversion due to the use of nanoparticles of noble metals. Proper design of the luminescent layers should effectively increase the collection of high-energy photons (2.5-4 eV) and simultaneously not reduce the number of lower-energy photons collected by the photovoltaic cell. Using the unique advantages of the plasmon effect of noble metal nanoparticles allows modification of new and existing photonics materials. The goals of this project are to establish the spectral-kinetic features of the energy exchange of resonance-excited metal nanoparticles and luminescence centers in matrices of various structures and physicochemical nature and to obtain highly efficient photonic media based on complex oxide and chalcogenide semiconductors or dielectrics. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
