In particular, nanogranular films of the type ferromagnetic metal granules - dielectric matrix with tunnel magnetoresistance, magnetoactive elastomers, systems with phase transitions paramagnetic dielectric - ferromagnetic metal, which is characterized by "colossal" magnetoresistance, half-metal films, double, tunnel-coupled quantum wells, one of which from diluted magnetic semiconductor and crystals and polycrystalline samples of similar type materials and nanopowders suitable for use in medical hyperthermia in an alternating magnetic field. Obtaining data on magnetoelectric effects in them, in multiferroics and ferroics of various types is anticipated. It is anticipated also an establishing regularities and possibilities of controlling polar properties, features of phase diagrams and morphology of domain structure in nanoscale ferroelectrics-multiferroics with the help of dimensional effects and surface conditions by selecting appropriate layers and/or shells, matrices. The task of the work is also to study additional mechanisms of stabilization of collective excitations of solitons in chiral antiferromagnets and ferrimagnets, and factors affecting the speed of movement of domain walls in these systems, as well as deepening the understanding of the influence of collective and correlation effects on the superconducting properties of superhydrides. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
