The trends of the socio-economic development of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law testify to the problem of limited financial resources and their high cost, radical reformatting of logistics and logistics chains, the growth of all resources cost, the need to implement an anti-crisis management system, the growing role of security measures, constant management of changes and the need for implementation of all processes optimization based on digital solutions, development of the artificial intelligence system, distance education and remote work technologies, electronic governance, etc. All this, in the aggregate, affects the administration process at all levels of management in socio-economic systems of any form of ownership. And it requires studying the impact of these global challenges on the management of modern socio-economic systems and generalizing theoretical and practical achievements in administration, which will ensure their sustainable development.
