The obtained hybrid hydrogels will synergistically combine the advantages of natural and synthetic polymers, as well as inorganic fillers, first of all, biocompatibility, biodegradability and safety of use, and improved mechanical properties and the possibility of directional regulation of parameters by changing the chemical composition. In the part of applied research, the aim of the work is to create, on the basis of synthesized hybrid hydrogels, the latest hydrogel conditioners for agricultural soils with a widely controlled hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance, which ensures the balance of the soil ecosystem, optimal water content, improved water-holding capacity, oxygen carrying capacity, prolonging capacity in relation to incorporated nutrients and fertilizers (in particular, macro- and microelements), and the creation of endoprostheses for replacing soft and hard tissues of the human body and materials for filling postoperative cavities with the function of a depot of therapeutic drugs for their prolonged uniform release, as well as scaffolds for bioengineering of tissues of the human body, primarily, bone tissue, with increased biocompatibility and prolonged release of biologically active compounds; in particular, with an atraumatic injection form of administration popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
