To study the regularities of the formation of a coating from nano-, sub-micro- and micro-powders of cubic boron nitride (cBN) on the grain surface of the synthetic diamond grinding powders to create a protective barrier between the binder and the grain to avoid graphitization of diamond both during manufacture and during application (grinding ) due to the coating of the diamond grains, which will also ensure an increase of the specific surface area of the diamond grains and thus improve the reliability of keeping the grains in the bond and create the possibility of using stronger synthetic diamond grinding powders in grinding disks with a polymer binder for processing hard alloys and hardened steels
