The natural-resource and production-technical heterogeneity of the regions of Ukraine requires the development of special, not unified, approaches to increasing the socio-economic potential of individual territories, especially mountainous ones, which are characterized by a high level of difficulty in the economic development of the natural-resource potential and basic industries of regional economic complexes.
