Development of a prototype of a mobile electroacoustic device for complex diagnosis and treatment of the hearing of military personnel, which allows you to accurately differentiate in real time the place of hearing loss - is it the middle or inner ear. Determining the normal parameters of the middle ear of a person is carried out by measuring the coefficient of reflection of the sound pulse from the eardrum as a function of frequency, transforming this coefficient into a quantitative individual parameter of the norm. Determination of the working capacity of the inner ear is carried out by impacting the curl with amplitude-modulated focused ultrasound. After conducting differential diagnosis, if necessary, effective surgical treatment is carried out by the method of tympanoplasty, in which the selection of the material of the ossicular prosthesis is carried out in such a way that the value of the quantitative individual parameter of the norm, which is determined in the express mode with the help of the developed apparatus, is equal to one.
