In particular, we set the goal: to identify the essential content of mediation as an alternative method of conflict resolution, to analyze its content, features of implementation, forms and methods of implementation; outline the innovative potential of mediation for resolving various conflicts, identify areas of application of mediation where this approach can be especially effective, in particular, explore the potential of mediation in private and public legal relations, the social sphere, conflict resolution in personnel work, etc.; based on an analysis of the experience of other countries and taking into account the characteristics of Ukrainian society, develop specific recommendations for the implementation and development of the institution of mediation in Ukraine; identify the advantages and challenges of introducing mediation in the modern socio-legal environment, analyze the advantages of mediation as an alternative method of conflict resolution, and also identify possible challenges and obstacles to its successful implementation; legal community, public and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the research findings through the effective introduction of mediation into the Ukrainian legal space. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
