The tasks of the project are to conduct an analysis of the practice of public administration in EU countries regarding the issues of determining the administrative-territorial basis of public administration bodies, delimitation of powers between local self-government bodies and executive authorities, which will allow to develop and propose specific proposals for reforming public administration bodies in Ukraine. Achieving the goal requires the concentration of scientific efforts on solving a joint project and the development of international scientific contacts of the department, which will allow to widely and effectively cover the problems facing Ukraine using foreign experience and to solve the following tasks: analysis of the theoretical work of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on issues of public administration and rights in the conditions of European integration; study of the practice of public administration in EU countries regarding the issues of determining the administrative and territorial basis of public administration bodies, delimitation of powers between local self-government bodies and executive power bodies; study of the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the country's development taking into account the law of the European Union; disclosure of public service modernization tasks; research of directions and forms of development of civil society, etc. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
