This includes studying international experience, analyzing national legislation and financial instruments, and assessing the impact of European standards and practices on Ukraine's financial system. The tasks of the research are to investigate the trends and priorities of budgetary investment in sustainable development from the state and local budgets; identify problems of the existing public investment management system and provide suggestions for their resolution; evaluate the effectiveness of financing environmental protection from the state and local budgets of Ukraine by establishing a correspondence between the level of financing from the state budget for environmental measures and the level of achievement of the environmental effect; study the formation of domestic and European sectoral structure of public-private partnership; submit proposals for harmonizing legislation on public-private partnership with concession legislation, improving budget legislation regarding the consideration of direct and contingent obligations of the state partner in budget indicators; explore the investment potential of business entities in the context of implementing the strategy of sustainable development in Ukraine; analyze the opportunities and fiscal consequences of forming financial resources for business investment in ensuring sustainable development; identify domestic peculiarities in the use of debt financing instruments; justify green bonds as a source of additional resources for business entities to invest in sustainable development. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
