Positive development trends were destroyed by Russia's military aggression, which became an unprecedented test of the stability of the institutions’ entire system of management and functioning and posed significant challenges to communities, including the preservation of their financial capacity. The purpose of the work: substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological, conceptual, analytical and methodical support, as well as practical recommendations for ensuring financial self-sufficiency of territorial communities in the conditions of budgetary decentralization and military aggression of the Russian Federation. The scientific results obtained in the process of the systematic study of the selected issues in a complex solve the actual scientific problem of developing and substantiating theoretical and methodological approaches, as well as the formation of conceptual foundations of financial self-sufficiency of territorial communities in Ukraine in the present conditions of budget decentralization and military aggression of the Russian Federation. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
