For example: reconnaissance and subversive activities of the special services of Russia, as a component of the executive mechanism of its foreign policy towards our state; the revival of terrorist activity, including at sea and in adjacent areas; covert and overt influence on the situation not only in the zone of active hostilities, but also in the zone of stabilization operations, in rear areas and even in the relatively calm western border region; widespread involvement of Ukrainian citizens in illegal activities to the detriment of national security, public safety, state interests in the field of protecting state secrets, the inviolability of state borders, and ensuring conscription and mobilization. It is obvious that the operative response to the above challenges and professional counteraction to them require the improvement of existing and the development of new operative-research methods, which not only confirms the timeliness of scientific research in this direction, but also justifies the relevance of the topic chosen for research. The need to carry out the research is due to the need to improve existing and the need to develop new operative-research methods for countering and preventing illegal manifestations that have an increased degree of public danger by the forces of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine during the legal regime of martial law. Among them: reconnaissance and subversive activities; terrorism; collaborationism (including the search and identification of persons who have committed acts with signs of state treason and/or collaboration activities), etc. Therefore, the strategic goal of the work should be to develop methods for operational-search counteraction to crimes. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
