These criteria can serve as benchmarks for evaluating the current criminal procedural legislation and law enforcement practices in terms of their alignment with the needs of the legal realities of wartime and post-war periods, as well as their subsequent modernization. On the other hand, this approach aims to establish a scientific basis for modernizing the practical aspects of criminal proceedings as a natural consequence of scientific and technological progress, informatization, and digitalization.
