The aim of the research is to study the fine structure of the radiation of space objects, to assess their photometric and spectral characteristics, which often change within a few seconds. We also plan to study transient processes in the optical luminescence of meteors, which radically change their radiation structure in the millisecond range. The colorimetry of meteor impact traces based on measurements of the brightness of the object and the sky background in three RGB rays will be considered. This makes it possible to perform rigorous colorimetric processing of the image and, in particular, to estimate the temperature of the meteor body and its changes along the trajectory. Two meteor stations with a base of 120 km will be used to observe meteors. Basic observations are necessary to determine the characteristics of meteors and tracks in the Earth's atmosphere. Observations of meteor spectra are planned to search for signatures of organic molecules. For this purpose, meteor stations with spectrographs based on diffraction gratings will be used. It is also planned to study non-stationary processes in a number of close binary star systems in the sub-second range.
