The analysis of the current state and the latest phenomena and trends in the development of world and national biography is aimed at developing theoretical and methodological concepts, practical and applied guidelines and recommendations for biographers, publishers, and specialists in the information and library industry on the effective use of biography to support the intellectual and spiritual growth of the human potential of Ukrainian society and its civic cohesion. On the theoretical and methodological levels, to help combine the preservation of the highest humanistic traditions of Ukrainian society with the acute (due to the situation of war) process of self-identification of the community and each individual by means of biography. The research is aimed at predicting and correcting, and then gradually forming a new norm for the creation and dissemination of biography in the process of establishing a spiritual “Ukrainian world” that encompasses both a vast space of time and geographically all the countries where Ukrainians have settled.
