The results of the study will allow us to understand the vector of change in the development of the non-governmental sector of the capital in pre-war and wartime conditions; to determine priority areas of development of the capital for the non-governmental sector during the war period; to consolidate public activity for the benefit of the socio-economic development of the city of Kyiv.
