The project is aimed at studying the signaling mechanisms of carcinogenesis by assessing the expression of key molecules (STAT6, FOXO1, FOXA1, SMAD4, ARID1a), regulators of metabolic pathways (mTOR, PTEN, GLUT1) and mechanisms of immunosuppression through the analysis of PD-L1, LAG3 and others.
