At the same time, the success of management depends on the development of effective tools and mechanisms of corporate governance, coordination of investor interests and other factors. The main problems that exist annually in the corporate system are: low compliance with the principles of corporate governance, a decrease in the quality of disclosure of information on corporate governance, some companies do not conduct independent or external assessments of boards, committees, and company secretaries, an approach to assessing the board of directors.
