Object of the Research : Public-use facilities (enterprises, structures, land parcels) regarded as the primary entities of urban-development systems. Results and Scientific Novelty : a) For the first time, a comprehensive analysis of the subject area has been carried out and the terminological and conceptual apparatus of the current legislative, normative, and scientific-methodological framework in urban planning and architecture regarding public-use facilities has been systematised, laying the foundation for a unified urban-planning thesaurus; a structural model of the contemporary state of the subject area has been developed. b) The structure of the primary elements in urban-development activity has been defined:  1) public-use facilities;  2) structure;  3) land parcel — the fundamental territorial element. c) For the first time, urban-development facilities, exemplified by public-use facilities, are presented as an integrated information model of the urban classification of facility types, structured by functional specialization, harmonised with legislative, normative, and scientific-methodological documents, and comprising three inseparable components classification of:  1) organisation types harmonised with NACE;  2) public-use structure types harmonised with the current DBN;  3) primary territorial element types harmonised with the Land Code of Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-19 Close
