The development is due to the need to develop national standards that are identical to the relevant harmonized European standards, in order to create conditions for attracting foreign investment to rebuild damaged infrastructure and support European integration processes (Article 56 of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States), implement the provisions of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Making of Construction Products on the Market", which implements EU Regulation 305/2011, and prepare Ukraine for signing the ACAA Agreement (in terms of construction products), as provided for in Articles 56 and 57 and Annex III of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States.
