Traditional approaches to business development management often prove ineffective in conditions of high uncertainty and rapidity of change, which necessitates the search for new, more flexible management mechanisms. The purpose of the study is to form theoretical and methodological foundations and develop applied recommendations for the implementation of flexible management of enterprise development based on the principles of project management. The main attention is paid to studying the possibilities of adapting flexible project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) to the specifics of the strategic and innovative development of enterprises in various industries. The study involves the systematization of modern practices of flexible management, assessment of their impact on the effectiveness of the implementation of development projects, as well as substantiation of models for integrating flexible tools into the overall corporate governance system. An important aspect is also the analysis of barriers and risks of implementing such approaches in domestic enterprises and determining the conditions under which they can become a source of competitive advantages.
