Information × Registration Number 0125U003493, R & D request Title Perform analyze and modernize the information and analytical system for developing routes for heavy and/or oversized vehicles on public roads of state importance Head Novosyolov Denys V., Registration Date 06-10-2025 Organization Limited Liability Company "Infodorexpert" popup.description1 The purpose of modernizing the "Negabarit" Information-Analytical System (IAS) is to expand its functional capabilities, namely:  Enhance the application search and filtering service by multiple parameters (registration number, vehicle registration number, part of the route description, cargo description), route construction and visualization on the map (optimize storage volume, highlight sections managed by other road authorities, show direction of movement along the route, reduce the number of artificial structures displayed along the route on the map);  Ensure integration with the information systems of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine via API to provide data on the condition of bridges;  Develop a role-based model and functions for regional units – Infrastructure Restoration and Development Services in the oblasts – to enable their participation in the data updating process, specifically: allow applications to be submitted to a specific Service, create Service users with rights to edit and approve applications submitted to them by carriers, without access to view or edit applications submitted to the central office by other carriers; develop approval templates for each Service (header, footer), and other related features;  Ensure integration for collecting source data and operational information on road conditions and traffic restrictions from the regional Infrastructure Restoration and Development Services to provide data on obstacle parameters, restricted areas, main and transit routes, and other road authorities;  Enable data visualization for viewing statistics on issued approvals;  Improve the route calculation algorithm using integrated data;  Ensure automatic export of approval data in a publicly accessible format (JSON).
