The work is aimed at: study of founding documents of religious and other organizations of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in the world and in Ukraine with application of modern information technologies; to analyze the legal techniques used to describe and implement in specific legal systems the customary way of life of Quaker meetings (worship groups) online and offline, the Quaker process and business method, meeting for worship with attention to business, the role of a clerk and other roles; to propose a legal technique for preparing such founding documents in the legal system of Ukraine with application of modern information technologies and to develop a draft of founding documents for the state registration of Quaker religious organizations in Ukraine.
