The development of private law of Ukraine in the context of the formation of a new international legal order is taking place under the influence of globalization, integration and the growth of transnational, cross-border economic and social relations, which requires the harmonization of legislation, the use of international treaties as a source of law and the adaptation of domestic legislation to international standards and EU regulations. This includes both conflict of laws rules that determine the applicable law, and substantive law rules that unify certain aspects of the legal regulation of private law relations. Private law requires adaptation to new realities, such as digitalization, recodification, the level of development of international trade and investment with the participation of national business entities. The formation and definition of the topic of this scientific research is consistent with the medium-term priority areas of innovation activity of the industry level of knowledge D Business, Administration and Law, namely in the field of solving urgent issues of legal regulation of personal data processing by artificial intelligence systems, determining organizational and legal principles and technological solutions for the implementation of electronic information interaction of state electronic information and legal resources.
