Andriychuk, Кандидат психологічних наук Registration Date 22-12-2025 Organization Ternopil National Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Hnatyuk popup.description1 The aim of the work: is to provide a theoretical justification and scientific understanding of the psychological and pedagogical foundations for facilitating the resilience of modern youth in the context of the transformational social processes of Ukrainian society, in particular through the actualization of their psychological capital, as well as to develop applied tools for its support and development in educational and public environments in times of uncertainty. Achieving this objective involves analyzing contemporary scientific approaches to understanding resilience, psychological capital, and facilitation as interdisciplinary phenomena, clarifying their meaning in the context of the social, cultural, and educational changes taking place in Ukraine. The study aims to develop scientifically based, practical recommendations and methodological materials that introduce facilitation approaches into the activities of academic and youth institutions, to enhance the adaptive potential, psychological resilience, and social engagement of young people. A separate task of the study is to create a set of methods for assessing the psychological capital of a small territorial community as a resource for resilience, as well as to identify effective strategies for its restoration and development in the context of social transformations. The implementation of the research objective will contribute to the combination of theoretical and practical aspects of psychological and pedagogical support for young people in communities undergoing social change, as well as to strengthening the capacity of Ukrainian higher education institutions to provide sustainable psychological support and resilience to students and staff during and after the war. popup.nrat_date 2025-12-22 Close
