Sabluk, Доктор сільськогосподарських наук Registration Date 14-01-2026 Organization Institute of Bioenergy Crops and Sugar Beet of National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine popup.description1 For the first time, the effectiveness of symbiotic microorganisms (fungi, bacteria) in their symbiosis with the root system of agricultural plants in improving their growth and development, increasing productivity will be determined. In particular, the influence of this factor on specific elements of plant growth and development will be established, the technology for using these microorganisms in real production will be developed, and scientific and methodological recommendations will be prepared for the use of all components of this process The research will be based on the use of modern methods for establishing the influence on the growth and development of plants of various factors, including fungi and bacteria in their symbiosis with the root system. In particular, to establish the influence of this factor on such elements of plant growth and development as leaf waterlogging, root system mass, leaf surface area, and others, the methodology set out in the "Fundamentals of Scientific Research in Agronomy" by V.F. Moseychuk and Yeshchenko (K. Higher School, 1994 - 333 p.); to determine the agrophysical properties of the soil, which are set out in "Methods for determining the agrophysical properties of the soil" by G.A. Kulyk, I.M. Semenyak, V.O. Malakhovska (Kropyvnytskyi: TsNTU, 2023, p. 55); to determine the microbiological properties of the soil, the method of G.O. Iutinska will be used, which is set out in the book "Soil Microbiology" (Kyiv: Astey, 2006, 284 p.) At the same time, in parallel with the use of existing classical methods, indicators of plant growth and development will be determined in terms of ontogenesis, which are most important for a particular crop. For example, for cereal crops, it is important to establish the influence of symbiosis in the starting and final stages of their growth and development, and for legumes in the middle and end of their vegetation, etc. popup.nrat_date 2026-01-14 Close
