The quality and consumer indicators of hemp seeds and manufactured products will be determined using accepted methods and relevant sections of state standards. The effectiveness of processing and storage regimes will be determined based on physical and chemical indicators and product yield and quality. The relationship between the biological characteristics of seeds and product yield and quality will be investigated. An econometric model will be calculated based on the analysis of economic and technological indicators, and the quantity and quality of products obtained from different seed batches, to optimise organisational and technological measures during processing at small agricultural enterprises. Based on the research results, methodological recommendations and a draft concept for organising hemp seed processing at small agricultural enterprises will be prepared. The novelty of the proposed approach lies in its ability to establish the influence of the biological characteristics of different industrial hemp genotypes, the varietal characteristics of their cultivation and the technological aspects of harvesting on the processing and yield of the final product. popup.nrat_date 2026-01-24 Close
