Specifically, the study aims to: investigate interference effects in the characteristic X-ray radiation of an electron-positron pair, associated both with the interference of the particles' fields and with the reconfiguration of the pair's field after its emission from the target where it is produced; examine the dependence of ionization energy loss distributions for particles moving in the channeling mode within a crystal on the particle energy and crystal thickness, and to conduct a comparative analysis of these distributions at a fixed ratio of crystal thickness to dechanneling length; advance the theory of relativistic electron radiation in matter and external fields; determine the dependence of the efficiency of fast charged particle deflection by a bent axially oriented crystal on the potential shape of atomic strings; study the dependence of spectral distributions of coherent radiation from electrons with energies on the order of 1 GeV under various crystal motion regimes: planar or axial channeling and above-barrier motion, and to analyze how the spectral characteristics of such radiation depend on the crystal thickness; derive the dependence of the differential scattering cross-section of fast charged particles in the field of atomic planes of an oriented crystal on the momentum transfer at various angles of incidence; further develop the theory of the slow nuclear burning phenomenon in a multiplying medium and to determine the optimal core parameters for a fast breeder reactor operating in the nuclear burning wave mode to prevent excessively high neutron fluence and power density. popup.nrat_date 2026-01-25 Close
