Existing recovery approaches don't account for the specifics of combat damage, requiring new scientifically sound solutions. The aim is to develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of a comprehensive toolkit for GBI restoration in frontline cities of the Kharkiv region. The research includes creating a scientific-methodological base, comprehensive assessment, landscape planning of an adaptive micro-network, its implementation and monitoring. A key result will be a functional "living lab" – a platform for long-term monitoring, education and community engagement. Expected results: methodological recommendations, series of thematic maps, design solutions, analytical reports with effectiveness evaluation and a scaling plan.
