In the course of this research, key issues in the development of modern society will be examined, namely: the impact of information technologies on social relations, models for the safe existence of social systems, the transformation of the role of the individual in society under the influence of global and national-cultural processes, essential contradictions within contemporary social formations, digital culture within the sphere of social and individual existence, and the issue of publicity through the lens of individual social practices, among others. A significant objective of the study is to perform systematic generalizations concerning the existence of modern society as a legal phenomenon, grounded in the principles of the analytical and critical paradigm of legal logic, highlighting problems related to substantiating the meanings of social transformations in legal theory and practice, clarifying the logical aspects of legal argumentation, and elucidating the genesis of philosophical-legal conceptions of contemporary social transformations. Furthermore, the study plans to analyze worldview, value-based, philosophical-legal, and security-related issues in the development of Ukrainian society during wartime and post-war periods.
