These processes are of particular relevance in light of the ongoing recodification (modernization) of Ukraine’s civil legislation. Within the framework of the recodification, the goal is not only to update the content of the current Civil Code of Ukraine but also to develop a new doctrinal foundation that aligns with the contemporary legal realities and values of the European legal space.
