Taking into account Ukraine's European integration aspirations, as well as its acquisition of the status of a candidate for accession to the EU, and the constant updating of the current civil procedural legislation, legislation on enforcement proceedings, notary, judiciary, advocacy and free legal aid, it is necessary to modernly understand current practical issues, as well as to formulate recommendations for improving the above legislation. In this regard, modern problems of protection of civil rights by civil jurisdiction bodies require research, taking into account the problems of accessibility of justice, increasing the level of execution of decisions adopted by the above bodies. Along with this, special attention requires the development of ideas that should be aimed at improving the regulatory regulation of security measures in the civil process of Ukraine. Regarding the problems of notarial proceedings, special attention is paid to scientific research on the functioning of the notary institution as a non-judicial body of civil justice, as well as other relevant issues of involving notaries as third parties in the consideration of civil cases.A separate component of the work is the study of the subject composition of civil procedural legal relations. In this context, attention is required to study the current judicial practice in which the participation of prosecutorial bodies in civil proceedings takes place, taking into account the positions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on the constitutionality of some provisions of the representative function of the prosecutor's office. A scientific analysis of the content of the effectiveness of civil proceedings in the context of achieving its objectives related to improving the norms of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2026-01-30 Close
