The study involves the creation of a coherent theoretical model and the development of innovative practice-oriented criminalistic recommendations that will ensure effective collection, recording, preservation, research and evaluation of evidentiary information in the conditions of an armed conflict and after its end. The work is aimed at creating the conceptual foundations of innovations in criminalistic support for combating crime, forming the basis for adapting criminalistic methods. To achieve the goal, the main directions of research are the following: transformation of modern crime under the influence of military actions, their criminalistic analysis; innovations in technical-, tactical-, methodical-criminalistic support for countering crime in war and post-war times; criminalistic support for the investigation of war crimes: problems of proof and international standards; organizational and tactical basics of inspection of the scene of the event in the territories that were destroyed by war; identification of those killed in combat zones: forensic technologies, algorithms and challenges of using digital technologies in recording and analyzing evidentiary information; OSINT in criminalistic documentation of military events; ensuring preservation, protection and digital integrity of evidence collected in military conditions; organizational and tactical principles of interrogation of victims and witnesses who survived combat operations; peculiarities of conducting forensic examinations in cases related to war crimes; detection, fixation and analysis of traces of explosions, artillery strikes and the use of weapons in combat zones; criminalistic methods and technologies for combating illegal arms trafficking etc. popup.nrat_date 2026-01-30 Close
