The purpose of the subtopic on “Relevant issues of international public law” is to identify the peculiarities of applying existing and creating new international legal mechanisms to ensure international peace and security, respect for human rights, and the resolving of global problems facing humanity. Particular attention will be paid to researching issues related to Russia's full-scale and unprovoked aggression against Ukraine. The purpose of the subtopic on “Relevant Issues of European Union Law” is to provide a comprehensive theoretical assessment of the key trends, challenges, and transformations shaping the contemporary development of the EU legal order. The study aims to identify the underlying patterns in the evolution of primary and secondary EU law, to analyse the interaction between EU institutions and the Member States, and to evaluate the effectiveness of legal mechanisms in achieving the Union’s integration objectives. An important task of the research is a critical examination of the recent case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. The purpose of the subtopic on “Relevant Issues of Private International Law” is a comprehensive scientific analysis of theoretical and practical problems of modern private international law, aimed at identifying the patterns of its development, establishing new doctrinal approaches to the regulation of private law relations with a foreign element, and forming conceptual foundations for improving national legislation in the context Ukraine’s accession to the EU. popup.nrat_date 2026-01-30 Close
