Zaporozhchenko, Доктор філософії Registration Date 30-01-2026 Organization Karazin University popup.description1 The goal of the project is to develop a scientifically sound model of synergy between formal and informal education aimed at minimizing human capital losses in wartime and creating the conditions for its restoration in the post-war period. Achieving this goal requires not only describing the current state of the education system but also forming a fundamentally new research and applied approach that will consolidate the resources of educational institutions, public initiatives, and digital technologies into a single space for supporting and developing human capital. To achieve this goal, the project addresses several interrelated tasks. First, it involves conducting a comprehensive analysis of the state of formal and informal education in Ukraine in wartime, identifying key risks and challenges that affect the preservation of human capital. The next step will be to conduct a sociological study using questionnaires and in-depth interviews among high school students, university students, teachers, and organizers of educational initiatives. This approach will identify practices of educational adaptation and determine the real needs of different social groups in the educational process. A separate area of work will be related to the systematization of successful practices of synergy between formal and informal education. For example, there are plans to create a database and typology of educational initiatives, including online courses, volunteer educational hubs, community projects, and digital learning tools.
