Tasks: 1. Based on the analysis and generalisation of domestic and international experience in this field of research, identify the theoretical foundations for assessing the psychological competence of the population in responding to the challenges of war. 2. Develop a concept of the psychological competence of the population in responding to the challenges of war and a socio-psychological theory of the historical and cultural picture of the world. 3. Define the principles, main directions and methodological approaches to developing tools for assessing the psychological competence of the Ukrainian population in responding to the challenges of war. 4. Develop a research methodology and conduct an empirical study of the current state of the psychological competence of the Ukrainian population in responding to the challenges of war. Based on the results of the study, develop a questionnaire on the psychological competence of the population in responding to the challenges of war. 5.
