Define the principles, main directions and methodological approaches to developing tools for assessing the psychological competence of the Ukrainian population in responding to the challenges of war. 4. Develop a research methodology and conduct an empirical study of the current state of the psychological competence of the Ukrainian population in responding to the challenges of war. Based on the results of the study, develop a questionnaire on the psychological competence of the population in responding to the challenges of war. 5.
