Based on global trends in nuclear physics research and prospects for their future development, the goal of the conceptual project is to overcome existing problems and, within 10-15 years, create a modern experimental base at the IFVEAF of the NSC KIPT and reach the modern level of scientific research in terms of subject matter, quality, accuracy and significance, keeping in line with global trends.
