The project is aimed at a critical revision of current scientific approaches to antioxidant development and the identification of strategies for their rational molecular design. The project provides for the synthesis and chemical modification of thiazole derivatives with predicted activity and a systematic analysis of natural flavonoids with the evaluation of their structure-functional characteristics. Special emphasis is placed on establishing the structure-activity relationship for both classes of compounds to identify key structural determinants of their efficacy. Further research will cover the analysis of the effects of promising molecules on oxidative-dependent signaling pathways and the creation of a structural-functional database for subsequent pharmacological optimization. popup.nrat_date 2026-02-12 Close
