The research focuses on identifying the regularities that define the structural, electrophysical, optical, mechanical, and energy characteristics of materials and components used in modern energy, technical, and agricultural technologies, including wide‑bandgap semiconductors, thin‑film, and porous structures. The work involves analyzing the interaction of materials with external fields, loads, and environments; studying wave, thermal, deformation, and contact phenomena that influence the efficiency and reliability of engineering and energy systems; and examining the operational behavior of technical and agrotechnical objects under varying conditions. Special attention is given to integrating the obtained results into modern educational technologies aimed at developing technical thinking and professional competencies of learners.
