The target of this work is the development of propositions and methodical regulations for the most urgent directions in reforming the system of payment for work. The method used in this work is the statistical analysis of the main economical indicas on macro and micro levels. The results of this research work have been used by the Ministry of labour during the preparation of propositions for advancing of wages, finding of means resonraes, improving of the General agreement content and introducing changes and supplements in the legislation by the issues of payment for work.
