The methods of a measurement of a heat of combustion and the properties of appropriate devices were analysed, the processes of heat exchange in the bomb conductive calorimeter were simulated and the features of application of a thermoelectric converter of a heat flux created in Institute of Engineering Thermophisics are investigated. Experimentally are investigated dynamic and metrology performances of devices, the component errors of a measurement are analysed. The combustion calorimeter is developed in Ukraine for the first time, can be used in energetics, metallurgy, chemical and oil refining industry and also for certification and ecological monitoring of fuel.
